Meeting with Representative Gonzalez

Last week, a group of our student council leaders spoke with House Representative Ryan Gonzalez (R). Under the direction of our executive director, Mr. Bucher, the students prepared for their meeting with Mr. Gonzalez. Of course, students inquired about the high cost of eggs, how a bill becomes a law, and the difference between a republican and a democrat. These questions are evidence of student engagement. We thank Representative Gonzalez for taking the time to come to Salida del Sol Academy.
