Financial Transparency Law
Colorado Revised Statutes, 22-44-304
(Commencing July 1, 2019)
During its 2010 session, the Colorado General Assembly enacted the "Public Schools Financial Transparency Act" as part of House Bill 10.1036 Section22.44.304 of the Colorado Revised Statutes. It states "Commencing July 1st, 2010, and on a continuing basis thereafter, each local education provider shall post online financial information, in a downloadable format, for free public access." The Act defines "local education providers" as both school districts and charter schools. To meet these new requirements, Salida del Sol has posted the following documents on our website for easy, free access.
