We had just over 10 students participating in the “Proud to be bilingual” essay competition. Our student Isabella Rodriguez placed second statewide. She will be presenting her speech to the educator attending the CO-CABE Colorado Association of Bilingual Educators conference. Profesora Perez and Profesora Lanphear spearheaded this effort.
